Autumn Snowflake  (Acis)

Autumn Snowflake (Acis) is sometimes included in the genus Daffodil bells (Leucojum). Both sexes are indeed very similar, but Autumn Snowflake blooms later in the season. They are plants that originally grow around the Mediterranean; therefore cover them for the winter. Autumn Snowflake can't tolerate too much water. Provide well-draining soil in a sunny spot. Autumn Snowflake is particularly suitable for use in a rock garden. Avoid intrusive neighbouring plants.
