Dwarf Snapdragon (Chaenorhinum) is a genus of plants with small flowers which resemble snapdragons. Dwarf Snapdragons are mat-forming plants which like sunshine and a dry to normal soil. They do not like acidic soil and drainage must be good. Why not plant Dwarf Snapdragon alongside the terrace and let them creep across the slabs. Dwarf Snapdragon does well in the rockery alongside Madwort (Aurinia), Mountain Avens (Dryas), Candytuft (Iberis) and Cotton Lavender (Santolina).
