General information about Blue Star (Amsonia):
Blue Star (Amsonia) is a long living, drought tolerant perennial with foliage that colours lovely in autumn. Preferable in full sun, but light shade will do as well. The flowers of Blue Star vary from blue to almost white. It will take a few years for Blue Star to fully establish, but the wait is well worth it. Mixes well with ornamental grasses and Coneflower (Echinacea).
