Horseradish (Armoracia) is a plant used both in medicine and in the kitchen. Horseradish needs a spot in the sun in a rich soil. The looser the soil the straighter the roots. When harvesting your roots make sure you don't leave any bits behind. Every small piece will grow into another plant again.
