Birdsfoot Trefoil will produce pea pods after flowering. Some varieties have double flowers. Good neighbour plants for Birdsfoot Trefoil are Sandwort (Arenaria), Thrift (Armeria), Carpathian Bellflower (Campanula carpatica), Thyme (Thymus) and Rosemary (Rosmarinus).
