Brachyelytrum - Shorthusk

Brachyelytrum is a small genus of grasses. In general, Brachyelytrum likes sun or partial shade in normally moist soil. The plants grow into beautiful firm clumps. If you want to prevent Brachyelytrum from spreading, cut back the spiketlets. The spikelets look good in a bouquet.
