General information about Quaking Grass (Briza):Quaking Grass (Briza) is a small clump forming grass with characteristic heart shaped panicles which dangle about in the slightest breeze. Quaking Grass will grow in any soil in sun or half shade. In late summer you can cut the plants back and tidy up the clumps. Quaking Grass can self-seed but will not go out of control. The pretty, slender branches lend themselves well in dried flower arrangements. In the wild, Quaking Grass is now a protected species.Common Quaking Grass - Briza media 'Tinkerbell'
