Bubikopf  (Pratia)

Bubikopf (Pratia) ist eine Gattung bodendeckender Pflanzen die eng mit Isotoma verwandt sind. Der Bubikopf bevorzugt einen normalen bis mäßig feuchten Boden in der Sonne oder im Halbschatten. Bei einem sonnigen Standort muss der Boden feuchtnass sein. Wenn die Pflanze an einer Stelle steht, an der es im Winter stark friert, sollten Sie sie sicherheitshalber mit Laub oder Stroh abdecken. Der Bubikopf blüht ausdauernd und kann auch gut in Pflanzkästen verwendet werden. Gute Pflanzpartner sind z. B. Buntlaubige Segge (Carex oshimensis), Echte Schlüsselblume (Primula veris) und kleine Frauenmantel (Alchemilla)-Arten.

General information about Lawn Lobelia (Pratia):
Lawn Lobelia (Pratia) is a genus of small ground covering plants, closely related to Blue Star Creeper. Lawn Lobelia likes a spot in normal to slightly moist soil in the sun or half shade. If in the sun, the plant needs more moisture. If they are in a spot which gets quite frosty in the winter, cover them with a pack of leaves or some straw, just to be sure. Good neighbour plants for Lawn Lobelia are Weeping Sedge (Carex oshimensis), Cowslip Primrose (Primula veris) or the smaller varieties of Lady's Mantle (Alchemilla).
