General information about Sedge (Carex):
Sedge (Carex) is a very large genus of evergreen or deciduous grasses. They are found all over the world. The panicles of Sedge are sometimes not very interesting, which cannot be said for its foliage. A characteristic of Sedge is the triangular shaped foliage.
