Cyathea - Tree Fern (Cyathea)

Cyathea is a beautiful tree fern and is, together with Dicksonia, the most used one in Europe. Protection in the winter is necessary as Cyathea will only survive a few degrees of frost. Make sure you bring the plant inside in plenty of time and place in a cool place. In the summer Cyathea likes a spot in the half shade in a normal to moist place in the garden or on the terrace in a large pot.
