General information about Indian Rhubarb (Darmera):Indian Rhubarb (Darmera) has beautiful foliage and in early spring beautiful soft pink flowers. The root grows partially above ground. Indian Rhubarb spreads slowly but steadily as long as the soil is moist when planted in the sun. A shady spot, near the edge of water is perfect. Indian Rhubarb looks great combined with Mountain Fleece (Persicaria amplexicaulis). An extra treat is that the foliage of Indian Rhubarb shows lovely autumn colours.Indian Rhubarb - Darmera peltata 'Nana'
