General information about Fleabane (Erigeron):Fleabane (Erigeron) is a freely flowering, clump forming and very hardy perennial. The flowers are daisy-like and good as a cut flower as long as you cut them when open. Cut as a bud they will not open in the vase. Fleabane prefers a not too fertile, well-draining soil in the full sun. It is good to plant Fleabane somewhere sheltered from the wind. After flowering, cut Fleabane back to maintain a nice clump. This will also stimulate a second flowering later in the season. Good partners for Fleabane are Coneflower (Echinacea), Catmint (Nepeta), Feather Grass (Stipa) and Giant Hyssop (Agastache).Fleabane - Erigeron 'Mrs E.H. Beale'
