Felsenlilie ist eine nicht winterharte, lilienartige Pflanze mit breitem, lanzettlichem Blatt. Die Felsenlilie steht gerne auf normalem Boden und im Halbschatten. Es gibt auch buntblättrige Arten. Die Felsenlilie eignet sich besonders gut als Topfpflanze und für einen Platz auf der Terrasse.
