Gämswurz

Gämswurz  (Doronicum)

Gämswurz ist eine fröhliche, frühblühende Staude. Sie wächst beinahe überall, wenn zumindest der Boden nicht allzu feucht ist. Als Frühblüher blüht die Gämswurz zu einem Zeitpunkt, an dem im Garten ansonsten noch wenig blüht und ist außerdem eine gute Schnittblume. Die Gämswurz steht gerne im Halbschatten, z. B. unter Sträuchern. An etwas trockeneren Stellen zieht sich die Gämswurz manchmal im Sommer vollkommen zurück, um später wieder frisch zu treiben. Gute Nachbarpflanzen sind u. a. Herzblume (Dicentra), Kaukasusvergissmeinnicht (Brunnera), Lungenkraut (Pulmonaria) und Elfenblume (Epimedium).
