Galanthus - Snowdrop

Galanthus is grown for its flowers in early spring. Dry bulbs from a bag sometimes struggle to establish. This is why we sell Galanthus ready rooted in a pot. It can take a few years to form nice flowering clumps. Galanthus likes a loose, humus rich soil in half shade. In the sun will do as long as the soil is moist enough. A good spot for Galanthus is in the border, planted between perennials. The Galanthus we sell are of course not harvested from the wild, but grown on our nursery.
