Gypsophila includes both annual and perennial plants. The species we offer you are all perennials. Gypsophila does well in the full sun in a sandy and reasonably dry soil. Some lime in the soil is welcome. Gypsophila forms countless small inter-woven flowers. The flowers of the taller species are often used as cut flowers. When finished flowering, cut the stems back to ensure a second flowering. The low species of Gypsophila are ideal in the rockery and in planters.
