Helleborine  (Epipactis)

Helleborine (Epipactis) is a genus of orchids of which some species can be found in the wild. Helleborine is a protected species but fortunately some are grown by nurseries for the garden. Helleborine is fully hardy and likes a spot in normal to moist soil in half shade. Helleborine will do in full sun as long as enough moisture is present. It can take a few years for the plant to mature and flower.
