Kugeldistel  (Echinops)

Kugeldistel ist eine Gattung starker distelartiger Stauden mit graugrünem Blatt und kugelförmigen Blüten, die sich gut als Schnitt- und Trockenblumen verwenden lassen. Die Kugeldistel ist bei allerlei Insektenarten sehr beliebt. Auch nach der Blüte bleiben die Blumen noch lange ein dekoratives Element im Garten. Der Standort der Kugeldistel muss sonnig sein und trockenen bis normalen, nährstoffarmen Boden haben. Wenn Sie die Kugeldistel umpflanzen möchten, achten Sie dann bitte darauf, dass keine Wurzelstücke im Boden zurückbleiben, denn diese wachsen wieder zu neuen Pflanzen heran. Als Nachbarpflanzen empfehlen sich Königskerze (Verbascum), Garbe (Achillea), Federgras (Stipa) und Sonnenhut (Echinacea).
