General information about Campion (Lychnis) (Lychnis):
Campion (Lychnis) is a genus for in a range of locations. There are small species for in the rockery to large species for alongside a ditch. The best species of Champion for in the border is Maltese Cross (Lychnis chalcedonica) with attractive flowers. The species Rose Campion (Lychnis coronaria) has grey-green foliage and is ideal in a dry prairie planting.
