Meerrettich ist eine Pflanze, die sowohl medizinisch als auch kulinarisch verwendet wird. Der Meerrettich möchte gerne einen sonnigen Standort mit nährstoffreichem Boden. Je lockerer der Boden, desto gerader wachsen die Wurzeln. Wenn Sie die Wurzeln ernten, achten Sie bitte darauf, dass keine Wurzelreste des Meerrettichs im Boden bleiben. Jedes Wurzelstückchen entwickelt sich wieder zu einer neuen Pflanze.
