They are tough plants with some species that flower nicely or some that have leaves with varying colours on their top and bottom sides. Moorgrass likes a good, fertile soil which has to drain well. It does not mind lime in the soil. Use a group of Moorgrass as a ground cover, for example between taller grasses. Moorgrass also does well in a pot.
