General information about Herb-Paris (Paris):Herb-Paris (Paris) belongs to a genus of woodland plants from Europe and Asia. After flowering a single berry will develop at the end of the flower stem. Herb-Paris grows well in moist, humus rich soil in (half)shade. They grow slowly and it will take a few years before it has formed a nice group. To speed things up it is good to plant about 5 plants together. Herb-Paris combines well with ferns, Solomon's Seal (Polygonatum), Lungwort (Pulmonaria), Wild Ginger (Asarum) and Autumn Saxifrage (Saxifraga cortusifolia).True-Lover's Knot - Paris quadrifolia
