Quality, Warranty, Complaints

We understand very well that ordering and buying plants in a webshop is different from buying plants in a garden centre. There you can judge the plants yourself and decide whether to buy them or not. What kind of quality do you get when you buy plants from StaudenOnline.de?

Once the plants have been delivered, you can see whether we fulfil your expectations. We are sure of this. However, if you have different experiences, we will be happy to hear from you and we will look for a solution together.

We deliver beautiful perennials, but unfortunately something can go wrong during shipping. Naturally, we do our best to prevent this from happening. If you would like to know more about how we pack and ship our plants, please click here.

We do our utmost to always send plants with a strong root ball. When these are sold out, we move on to a new batch of plants. These sometimes have a lighter root ball, but all plants generally have sufficient roots to root well in your garden.
 
If all the conditions specified in the description of each plant are met, you can expect good growth. If this is not the case, you can contact us. We will then discuss the situation with you and, if necessary, refund the amount for the plant or supply you with a replacement.
 
If you order in early spring, it is sometimes difficult to see how plants have survived the winter. If the plants are still not growing (well) after spring, you are welcome to contact us.
 
Varietal authenticity is very important to us. However, it can occasionally happen that something goes wrong at a propagation stage. If you email us a photo of the plant and the details of your order, we can identify the error and deal with the matter correctly. Certain variations in flower or leaf colour can occur with seeded plants.
 
If you would like advice on planting or caring for your plants, please do not hesitate to contact us. It is also important to us that the plants we supply feel at home in your garden and that you can enjoy them to the full.

For us, however, it is much more important that you as our customer are satisfied and enjoy your plants, talk about them with other gardening enthusiasts and visit our webshop again!

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first send any complaints to us by e-mail at info@staudenonline.de. If this does not lead to a solution, you can register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at: WebwinkelKeur > dispute.

If we cannot jointly find a satisfactory solution to your complaint, both you and we can report the complaint to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (in accordance with Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG). The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can access at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are prepared to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure.
