Reservations

You can reserve plants for delivery. When placing your order, please specify in the comments field when you would like to receive the plants. Of course you can also let us know in a separate e-mail. We will take your wishes into account as far as possible.

If you make a reservation for no more than 2 weeks, we will compile your order within a few days of your order. The risk of certain plants being sold out is small.

For reservations of 2 weeks or more (and for a maximum of 2 months), we will compile your order approximately one week before the desired delivery date. There is a risk that certain plants will be sold out in the meantime. If this is the case, we will refund you immediately for the plants that cannot be delivered. On the delivery note of the plants that are still to be delivered, it will be indicated which plants have expired.

Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to process orders with a reservation of more than 2 months.

On the evening of the day your plants are dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace link that you can use to follow your delivery.
