Ring Bellflower (Symphyandra) is a perennial with hairy leaves and bell-shaped flowers. They want a fertile, well-draining soil in the sun or half shade. After flowering, drastically cut back all the stems. This will stimulate the plant to form new shoots and also prolong its life. You could always just leave one or two flower stems and harvest some seed because Ring Bellflower usually only lives for a few years.
