Schnabelgras ist eine Grasart aus Asien und Nordamerika. Sie sind in unserem Klima winterhart. Schnabelgras wächst am besten im Halbschatten auf normal bis mäßig feuchten Böden. Besonders schön ist eine Kombination mit anderen Schattenpflanzen. Schnabelgras ist wartungsarm und langlebig. Schneiden Sie die verwelkten Stängel von Schnabelgras erst nach dem Winter ab, da Vögel die Samen im Winter gerne fressen.
