General information about Squill (Scilla):Squill (Scilla) is a bulbous perennial with small star shaped flowers which bloom early in spring. Squill likes a spot in the sun or half shade. During the growing season the soil must be moist but in the summer it may be drier. If happy where they are, Squill can spread quite well and therefore it is a good little plant to let it go its way under trees, shrubs or large ferns. Squill combined with Wood Anemone (Anemone nemorosa) looks good.Siberian Squill - Scilla sibirica 'Spring Beauty'
