Strohblume  (Helichrysum)

Strohblumen sind leicht am Curry-Geruch zu erkennen. Die Pflanzen können prima in der Küche verwendet werden. Die Strohblume verlangt einen Standort in der vollen Sonne und auf trockenem, gut durchlässigem Boden. Vor allem im Winter ist zu viel Feuchtigkeit schlecht für die Strohblume. Pflanzen Sie sie an einem Abhang oder in Töpfen, die im Winter nach innen gestellt werden können. Schneiden Sie die Strohblume nach der Blüte etwas zurück, um die Pflanzen kompakt und vital zu halten.
