Uvularia

Uvularia - Bellwort

Uvularia is a genus of spring flowering wood land plants with hanging yellow flowers. You could plant Uvularia for example in the (half)shade of shrubs where they will slowly spread by means of their root stock and form a nice group. Uvularia is well hardy and long living. They do like a fertile soil. It is good to give them a hand full of fresh compost every spring. Plant Uvularia near other woodland plants, such as Asplenium, Polygonatum, Convallaria and Anemone nemorosa.
