Whitlowgrass

Whitlowgrass  (Draba)

Whitlowgrass (Draba) is a small mat forming rockery plant that likes a spot in the full sun. Whitlowgrass flowers early on in the season with small yellow or white flowers. Also, good to plant along the edge of the terrace or within some crazy paving. Whitlowgrass prefers well-draining and slightly alkaline soil. Also, good to use in tubs or troughs with other small rockery plants such as Thrift (Armeria), Thyme (Thymus), Saxifrage (Saxifraga) and low growing Stonecrop (Sedum).
