Winter time 2025 / 2026

Because there is not much gardening done in winter, we are adjusting our shipping schedule. Orders received and paid for by Sunday will be shipped the following Thursday. Orders received later will be postponed by one week.

For delivery in 2025, you can place your order by Sunday, 14 December at the latest. These orders will be shipped on Thursday, 18 December. After that, we will be taking a winter break. However, you can still order your plants as usual.

Our first shipping day in 2026 is Thursday, 15 January. However, if it is freezing both at night and during the day, or if there is a thick layer of snow, we will postpone shipping until the weather permits.

After our winter break, we will initially be shipping once a week. Orders received and paid for by Sunday will be shipped the following Thursday. Orders received later will be postponed by one week.

You will be notified by email as soon as your plants have been shipped. For addresses in Germany, plants are almost always delivered within 2 or 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery may take longer for parcels to other EU countries. If you have a preferred delivery date, please contact us and we will discuss what is possible.

During our winter break, we can be reached by telephone and email, although responding to emails may sometimes take a little longer than usual.
