Moon Carrot (Seseli) is a genus of bi-annual and perennial plants. There are about 60 species. They have fine foliage and the flowers form an umbel. The tall species of Moon Carrot are real eye catchers in the border. Give them a spot in the sun in fertile, well-draining soil. Sometimes, Moon Carrot will self-seed. If you do not want this to happen make sure you cut away the flower stems before the seed ripens.
