Navelwort  (Omphalodes)

Navelwort (Omphalodes) is a genus of spring flowering plants for in half shade and humus rich, normally moist soil. They do not like being too dry. They are a good ground cover. Navelwort shoots in spring with nice fresh green colours. They are strong, easy plants and combines well with not too tall ferns, Lungwort (Pulmonaria), Lily of the Valley (Convallaria), Spring Vetchling (Lathyrus vernus) and Millet (Millium).
