Sea Heath  (Frankenia)

Sea Heath (Frankenia) is a plant that can withstand salt and drought and is therefore suitable for a garden in the coastal area. Sea Heath is also very suitable for a rock garden. Cover the plants in winter because they are not fully hardy. Provide good drainage of excess water to prevent rotting. Sea Heath has woody stems and pink or white flowers. Sea Heath requires a spot in full sun on soil that contains little or no lime.
